Fried Bananas

Nana recipes collection


Ingredients:
  • 6 incompletely of ripe bananas
  • 60 grams of brown sugar
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • juice of two oranges
  • 2 tablespoons rum
  • sweet cream
Preparation:

Peel a banana and a spoon in each hollow cavity in length. Butter and sugar well equalize the the strongest electric mixer the speed. Baking pan greased with butter and agree with her bananas. Sprinkle them vanilla sugar and then covered with aluminum foil and bake bananas at 175 degrees about 20 minutes. Then remove the bananas from the ovenand pour the juice from the oranges, then return them in the oven for another five minutes uncovered. In a pan, heat up rum just before serving and spill over bananas, then flame up the rum. When the flame goes out bananas are ready to serve. It is possible to decorate with whipped cream.
