Cream With Blackberries

Spring is already here, and has brought with it some warm days. For this reason, I’d share with you delicion recipe for a home made cream with blackberries. Often this dessert I prepare when me eating something sweet but I do not have the will for prepare real cakes . Depending on the season I use fresh raspberries or frozen .


Ingredients :
  • 5 eggs
  • 7 tablespoon of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of rum
  • 250 grams of blackberries
  • 3 sheets of gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 250 grams of sour cream
Preparation:

Five eggs foamy whisk with the five tablespoons of sugar and add three tablespoons of rum. In a pot put the butter, add the previous mixture of and stir until starts to thicken. Add 2 leaves softened gelatin and 250 grams of mashed blackberries. All together stir and remove from the stove. Take 250 grams sour-cream sweeten it with 2 tablespoons of sugar and add one sheet softened gelatin and stir well. Take a tall glasses then pour the cream first and scrambled sour cream on top. In prepared glasses put on the ice, and when cool down before serving garnish with fresh blackberries.
